Ingredients
Chicken breasts
Olive oil
Teriyaki marinade (I used Panda Express Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce)
Rice or Ramen
Any veggies you want to add
Instructions
Cut chicken into small cubes
Heat pan on medium high and add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Add chicken to the pan and stir immediately with the oil so the chicken does not stick to the pan.
Let the chicken cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked.
Drain the chicken juice from the pan. You can do this by using the lid.
Put pan back on stove.
Pour teriyaki marinade on the chicken and stir.
Add veggies and put the lid on for a few minutes so the veggies soften slightly.
Cook rice or ramen according to package.
